Submit Your Idea

TEDxGeorgiaCollege Ignite provides middle and high school students with the opportunity to be part of TEDxGeorgiaCollege and to have special access to a unique learning environment. The Ignite experience offers young voices a dedicated platform to share their ideas alongside our main program. Student speakers will work with teachers and coaches and present their Ignite Talks on a focused stage, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to our community conversation about what it means to spark change.

If you're a middle or high school student with a spark of an idea that could change how we think, we want to hear from you. TEDxGeorgiaCollege Ignite gives young voices the stage to share powerful ideas that matter.

Your Idea Worth Spreading

What is the working title for your proposed idea? Provide a succinct and compelling title that clearly conveys the essential idea you wish to share with the audience. Your idea should also stimulate the audience's curiosity and self-interest. TEDx talks are about the audience, not about the speaker. Please note that your title may change.

In a sentence, what is your Big Idea? Tell us why you believe this talk presents an idea that is important, interesting, and unique. What is the Big Idea being presented that people have not yet heard or wouldn't intuitively know?

The theme for TEDxGeorgiaCollege 2025 is Spark. How does your talk explore or showcase "Spark"?

What categories best fit your idea? Please choose three.

Clearly outline the narrative arc of your talk. Include what the takeaway message will be—the Idea Worth Spreading. Show how you will get to that idea and what evidence underpins the conclusions.

How do you want people to react to your idea? How do you want people to think or act differently as a result of your talk?
