Virtual TEAM 5K

Walk, jog, or run — it’s about finishing, not speed.

Then join us for a post-run mindset reset and community celebration!


Weeks 5–8: REBUILD

Keep what’s serving your growth

Reintroduce anything with intention, not impulse


Stick with your daily anchors: gratitude, planning, reflection, hydration, movement, and nourishment


This is your moment to swap what no longer serves you—for what absolutely will.
