2026 Board Member Candidate Form

Applications close: Friday, August 15, 2025.

Process timeline

  • Please complete the application by Friday, 8/15/25.
  • Interviews will be scheduled for new applicants the week of 8/25/25 (schedules permitting).
  • Final slate will be announced in October, selected Board members will be contacted beforehand.

Candidacy & Qualifications

  1. All candidates must be members in good standing for a two-year minimum.
  2. Only individuals employed as a property manager, senior property manager, regional property manager or above, or an independent owner, shall be eligible to serve as community members on the board of directors. Only individuals employed as a maintenance supervisor/coordinator or regional maintenance director shall be eligible to serve as the board's Maintenance Director and chairman of the maintenance council.
  3. No more than two (2) members of the same firm or entity shall serve at the same time on the board of directors.
