ITC26 Speaker & Session Proposals

Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for the Legal Services Corporation's 2026 Innovations in Technology Conference (ITC26) in San Antonio, TX. The conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, January 28- 30, 2026.


Please review the proposal guidelines before submitting a proposal.


The deadline to submit a proposal is July 18, 2025.


If you have any questions regarding the process, please send an email to itc@lsc.gov. Proposals will be reviewed by the selection committee, and you will be notified by the end of August if your proposal is successful.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the ITC team and will be responsible for relaying updates from the ITC team to session presenters. If they are also presenting, please include them as a session presenter below.

Make sure the title is compelling – use it to get attention and capture the content. People should get a general sense of what the session is about just from the title.

 

The session description should be persuasive and connect with attendees. Start by identifying the problem or issue being addressed. Focus on what the attendee will learn in the session. Describe how the session will share lessons learned and how attendees might be participating in the session. Use active voice. Session descriptions should be about 100 to 150 words and no more than 1,200 characters.

Provide a succinct learning objective for the presentation. For workshops, hands-on labs, technology demonstrations and tactical sessions, provide up to three key take-aways from the presentation. For example: As a result of this session, attendees will be able to:


1) Learn the key components of successful explainer videos.


2) Understand how to use explainer videos for urgent community education.


3) Learn strategies to use explainer videos to drive traffic to your website.

 
 

Advise what tools and methods you plan to use to engage the audience. Hands on activities, scenarios, live demos, etc.

Workshops should have no more than four presenters including a moderator. Submissions should include contact information and brief biographies for all proposed presenters/moderators.

 

Please provide a short explanation of what each presenter will contribute to the session.

 
 

All ITC26 presenters are expected to register for the conference by December 1, 2025. Speakers are required to pay a discounted conference registration fee and cover the costs of travel and lodging.
