SCA (Vic) Corporate Strata Services Company Membership Application Form
Application for a Company/Business that provides services to the strata industry other than an Owners Corporation (Strata) Management Company/Business.
This form must be a declaration by the Corporate Nominee of the Company/Business or a person authorised by the Corporate Nominee. The Corporate Nominee is usually the Owner or Principal of the Company/Business.
Membership period 1 July 2025 - 30 June 2026.
Small Corporate Strata Services Membership is $1,350 (excl. GST) per annum. The annual membership fee includes the Company/Business and individual membership for the Corporate Nominee and up to two employees from the Company/Business (3 individual memberships in total).
Large Corporate Strata Services Membership is $1,850 (excl. GST) per annum. The annual membership fee includes the Company/Business and unlimited individual membership for all employees from the Company/Business.
Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (Vic) Board approval date. Membership fees will include pro-rata for Financial Year 2024/25 if joining before 1 July 2025.
As per the Constitution, membership applicants, Corporate & Individuals will be circulated to members via advertising names in the members section of the web site. Existing members have 30 days to notify SCA (Vic) Board of any relevant matters. After these 30 days the application will be considered at the first opportunity at the meetings of the SCA (Vic) Board. Once application has been considered by the SCA (Vic) Board, the applicant will be informed of the result.
Note: Individuals who do not currently hold membership must submit an individual application with all supporting documents (as applicable) and receive SCA (Vic) Board approval. After this time, new members will be notified, and member benefits will be available to the new member.

By Board resolution, SCA (Vic) and SCA National are not permitted to disclose this information to other parties, including Board members, in a manner that would identify an individual Company/Business.
