The NC Balance of State CoC invites eligible agencies to apply under HUD's CoC Builds NOFO to develop permanent supportive housing units for people experiencing homelessness.

Applicants should read & understand application requirements under the CoC Builds NOFO & submit a pdf of their complete application from e-snaps, including attachments using this form by Thursday, June 5th at 12 PM (Noon).

Please ensure that the application & materials submitted are in final form. CoC staff & Project Review Committee members will score the application & materials based on what has been submitted by the deadline. Applications received after the deadline will not be scored.

The applicant approved by the NC BoS CoC will receive instructions on submitting their final application in e-snaps.
