Hospitality bookings are open Tuesday, 3 June, 2025 through Friday, 26 September, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Payment must be made by via direct deposit and per the amount reflected on your invoice. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been made and as such we recommend finalising and paying for hospitality at the earliest opportunity. All payments must be completed by Friday, 3 October, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
All Corporate Marquees and the Challenge Bar Precinct will be open from 5:00 p.m. on event night, with food and drink service commencing from 6:45 p.m. Service will finish at 9:30 p.m. and marquees will close at 10:00 p.m. sharp when the event site closes.
