The American String Teachers Association (ASTA) offers five annual awards for ASTA State Chapters:

Outstanding State Chapter

Most Improved State Chapter

Chapter Leadership Award

Outstanding Communications Award

Additionally, the Membership Recruitment Award, determined by the net gain of members for the previous calendar year, does not require an application.

All active state chapters and ASTA members are eligible to apply for these prestigious awards.

The ASTA State Chapter Awards are presented annually at the ASTA National Conference. Winners receive a commemorative plaque, as well as recognition on ASTA platforms.

Each of these awards are presented to state chapters that are actively involved in promoting their state. If you would like your state chapter to be considered for an award, complete this application and submit by the deadline listed on the ASTA website, www.astastrings.org.
