2025/26 Registration Form - U15s

Welcome to the Continental Tyres Schools Cup registration form*

This form should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.If your school is not a member of England Rugby Schools (ERS), it will take a bit longer.

We recommend you complete the three required files/documents/steps stated below before you start.

Deadline for entries is 23:59 on Sunday 25th May 2025.

Please ensure you click submit at the bottom of the form to complete the process, where you will also find the option to receive a copy of your submission.

The Cup competitions will see 128 schools competing across both the u15 and u18 age groups.

Whilst teams choose their preferred tier and region to enter, teams may be placed into either the Vase or the Cup competitions and in a different region to which they have selected, at the discretion of the Competition Organiser.

We utilise a ranking process to help determine placings within the Cup or Vase competitions. A school's ranking will be based on their progression in Schools Cup competitions over the last three seasons, while considering that some teams may not have entered previously or consistently over the past three seasons.

All personal data collected by this form will be processed in accordance with the RFU Privacy Policy, which includes the use of imagery and match footage from the competition for the purposes of promoting and growing the game.

We would like to point out that it is up to each participant to know and comply with the competition regulations.

Please find a link for the 2024/25 regulations below. We will send you the updated regulations in due course, but it will not have major changes.

For your information, in past competitions, the regulation that have been mostly breached were the following:

Player Eligibility (more details can be found in the regulations)
Half-Game rule (more details can be found in the regulations)
Playing out of Age Grade - Players must play in their correct age grade and can only play outside of that if it is in accordance with the process set out in RFU Regulation 15. For the avoidance of any doubt, each individual player must be appropriately assessed and signed off before they are eligible to play. Failure to follow the process in Regulation 15 could result in removal from the competition.
