Midland County Fair Community Booth Application

Midland County Fair will take place at the Midland County Horseshoe Complex on Aug 21-24, 2025. Please complete this short application to apply for your organization to have a community booth at this year's Fair.


There is no cost for a community booth space, but applying is not an automatic approval. Community booth spaces will be awarded.


All applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization and upload their IRS determination letter as part of this application.

Thursday, Aug 21 | 5-10 PM

Friday, Aug 22 | 5-10 PM

Saturday, Aug 23 | 10 AM-10 PM

Sunday, Aug 24 | 12 PM-6 PM


Booths can be unmanned so long as there is a display of information that in maintained throughout the Fair.


NOTE: Booths cannot be setup or torn down during the Fair. All booths must be setup prior to the Fair commencing on Thursday and remain through the Fair closing on Sunday.

Ex: what you intend to promote, provide, do or offer in your booth, whether you intend to sell anything or solicit donations, etc.


We will use this info to update your booth space on our interactive indoor marketplace map, which you can see HERE.


Available community booths, shown in pink in the upper right corner of the map, will be assigned one of the five (5) spaces we have available (Booths F-J).


NOTE: Community Booths A-E near the main entrance have already been assigned. Other booth spaces colored green, orange or red are indoor vendor booths. By clicking on a booth space, you can see which vendors are in which booths. Community booths have also been updated the same. Reference instructions about how to interact with this map can be found on the blue panel to the left (desktop/tablet) or below (mobile).
