2025 Spring Food Pantry Registration Requests

Students need to register once per quarter to receive e-gift Cards for the quarter in which they would like to receive services.

RETURNING FOOD PANTRY STUDENTS

Please ensure you have sent all your eGift Card shopping receipts to us with your 8-digit Foothill Student CWID to email foodpantry@foothill.edu

Please Note: The Foothill Pantry is not able to issue retroactive cards. Please submit receipts promptly to be added to the next distribution. Receipts must be received by 12:00p on the day of the distribution for processing. Late submissions will not be processed in time for that date’s distribution, resulting in a missed grocery card.

The purpose of e-cards is to support students who are facing food insecurity with the purchase of groceries (food items). Purchasing non-food items, including alcohol, and tobacco with the e-Card is strictly prohibited. The purchase of these items will result in the loss of continued access to the Food Pantry services.

E-GIFT CARDS FOOD RECEIPT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT*

I understand that I will need to submit a receipt of food that has been purchased with the e-Card to receive another e-gift card. The receipt should only reflect the amount you were issued $50 and your gift card. You cannot combine a purchase with a friend. If you have to pay anything extra please separate transactions.

E-CARD DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE*

The food pantry e-Cards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to currently enrolled students only and the program depends on monetary donations. E-Cards will be distributed every two to three weeks due to the time required by the district to process donations and meet financial requirements. Students are not allowed to receive retroactive cards for any reason.
