List Request | Sponsors

As part of your sponsorship benefits, you are entitled to (1) pre-show EMAIL list and (1) post-show POSTAL list for one time use (each list can be used one time). These lists are of opt-in attendees.


For the lists to be released, signed copies of the list agreement forms and marketing pieces (for each send) need to be submitted for review.

Pre-Show EMAIL List

Request by: June 30, 2025

Send by: July 7, 2025

NOTE: The Pre-Show List will be available starting June 13.



Post-Show POSTAL List

Request by: August 15, 2025

Send by: September 15, 2025

NOTE: The Post-Show List will be finalized within two weeks of the end of the respective event.


Once the form and marketing pieces have been reviewed and approved, the list will be released to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

Both list agreements and samples DO NOT have to be submitted at the same time. You can submit the pre-show list agreement and pre-show sample email. Then use the same link to resubmit (post-show agreement form and sample) for the post-show EMAIL list.
