List Request | Silver & Bronze Sponsors

As part of your Silver or Bronze sponsorship, you are entitled to (1) post-show EMAIL or POSTAL list for one time use. These lists are of opt-in attendees.


For the list to be released, signed copies of the list agreement forms and samples of the intended marketing pieces (for each send) need to be submitted.

Request by: August 15, 2025

Send by: September 15, 2025

NOTE: The Post-Show List will be finalized within two weeks of the end of the respective event.


Once the form and marketing pieces have been reviewed and approved, the list will be released to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

Both list agreements and samples DO NOT have to be submitted at the same time. You can submit the pre-show list agreement and pre-show sample email. Then use the same link to resubmit (post-show agreement form and sample) for the post-show EMAIL list.

If you are requesting both lists at the same time, the two forms and the two samples must both be submitted.
