UPTE Notice Posting Information

Pursuant to PERB's recent unfair labor practice (ULP) decision, supervisors and managers are required to post the notice at all work locations where notices to bargaining unit employees are posted. Once the notice is posted, please submit the below information.


Within 10 workdays of the service of a final decision in this matter, post the notice at all work locations where notices to bargaining unit employees are posted. In addition to the physical posting, the Notice shall also be posted by electronic means used by the University to communicate with bargaining unit employees. The Notice must be signed by an authorized agent of the University, indicating that it will comply with the terms of this Order. Such posting shall be maintained for a period of 30 consecutive workdays. Reasonable steps shall be taken to ensure that the Notice is not reduced in size, altered, defaced or covered with any other material.

Please list the notice information for all notices that you have posted. Please be sure to list the following for each notice.


  • Specific campus facility/building
  • Specific location within that facility/building (Ex: bulletin board, fourth floor break room, cafeteria, etc.)
  • Date notice was first posted
  • Date notice was removed/End date of notice

Please attach the email sent to union employees.
