General Student Information

You (the student) MUST complete a Military Funding Request Form (MFRF) for every term you wish to attend classes here at Morgan State University. Eligible individuals MUST hold one or more of the following military affiliations:

(ie Retired Veteran, Active Duty Service Member, National Guard member, Air or Coast Guard Member, Marine, Naval servicemember, Select Reservist, the Spouse of or Dependent of, and all Bear Battalion ROTC Cadets)

MSU Health Insurance*

VA and DoD funding DOES NOT cover health insurance costs. If you are maintaining MSU Health Insurance, you will need to make sure you have alternative funding to cover this portion of your billing. All others should remain mindful that MSU Health Insurance does have a WAIVE-out deadline.

Edward T. Conroy Scholarship

Can be used in conjunction with Chapter 35 and Chapter 33 benefits if eligible. MUST be an MD Resident at the time of application. See the Financial Aid Office representative for details.
