ANMF Workload Survey - Meercroft Care Inc.

Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Tasmanian Branch (ANMF) members have raised concerns with regards to workload. The attached survey has been developed to enable members to provide information that will be deidentified and used to raise the concerns with Meercroft Care Inc. management.


Please complete for every shift for the next 2 weeks when the following workload and staffing issues occur; skill mix issues, short staffing, missed or interrupted meal break, or where there was a risk to resident safety.
