Louisville Metro Government Mayor's Office of Sustainability and the Kentucky Solar Energy Society (KYSES) have partnered to launch the fourth annual solarize campaign, Solarize Louisville, to give residents, small businesses, non-profits or places of worship bulk-purchasing power to obtain discounted wholesale rates for solar installation. In the past two years, 220+ residents went solar through Solarize Louisville. Our selected installers for 2025 are Daily Green Power and Pure Power Solar. Both installers are offering the same standard panel price with a 15-18% discount.

Our team will:

•    Pre-screen your home to see if your property is a good fit for solar.

•    Connect you with one of our vetted solar installation partners.

•    Provide a step-by-step walk-through of the solar installation process.

Participation is open to the anyone in the following counties:

Kentucky: Jefferson, Oldham, Spencer, Shelby, and Bullitt

Indiana: Harrison, Floyd, and Clark

•    Age and material of roof (if known)
