Please use this form to submit nominations for all open positions. All ballots will be available online during the Summer Elections (July 14-August 13, 2025). Carefully read all instructions and proof your form before submitting. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Deadline for nominations is June 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time US.

Any questions regarding nominations and elections should be sent to the Elections Manager at elections@entsoc.org. Note: Honorary members are nominated through the ESA awards process. ESA Vice President-Elect Statement*

ESA Vice President-Elect candidates must also include a statement of the candidate's perception of critical issues and future vision for the Society (no more than 250 words). Endorsements by Branches, Sections, or individuals should not be included in this statement, and will not appear on the ballot.
