SCA Fellow Strata Community Executive (FSCE) Accreditation Application

This is the highest level of Accreditation for General Operations or Support Roles in Strata Management Companies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be employed by a corporate member

- Must abide by your state Code of Conduct

- Has not been declared bankrupt or convicted of an offence involving dishonesty

- Must be an existing certified strata community manager or executive (CSCM or CSCE) member of the strata community

- Demonstrate extensive record of service to industry; a minimum of 30 CPD volunteer hours (Board or committee participation, and dedication to training or mentoring)

- Demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience working in a Strata Management Firm, including a qualification equal to a Diploma, or higher, in an industry related discipline; plus 15 CPD volunteer hours achieved over a 5 year period

- Achieved 24 CPD points over the past 24 months

- National Police check on application

- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance

- To be eligible for renewal, Fellow members are required to

* Collect 12 CPD points in 24 months with 2 hours of compulsory and 2 hours of best practice. A minimum of 3 SCA points per annum must be achieved.

* National Police Check provided every 3 years

- Subject to State Board Approval

- Statement of Attainment for Diploma in Strata Management or Property Services (Operations) or higher;

- Proof of equivalent Diploma in Industry related discipline and request for recognition to SCA Board assessment and proof of 5 years on-job training from employer.
