Tickets must be sold and winners determined during the same event/meeting at the same location.

Members-only raffles may feature liquor as a prize with a permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. Permit cost is $10 for a single event or $25 for an annual permit. Call (360) 664-1600 or visit the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
