Assessment Symposium Poster Submission

If you would like OARDE to pay for printing, your poster should be turned in by March 24th before noon. After that time, offices will need to print their own posters and get them to OARDE before the symposium starts on April 1.

Format Check

Printing Services requires that posters have a certain format before they will complete an order. If your poster does not follow this format, we will send it back for edits. Depending on the time frame, this could cause departments to miss the March 24th deadline, resulting in the need to print their own poster. Before you submit, please ensure that your poster:

is being submitted as either a PDF or PowerPoint slide
has the dimensions 36 inches x 24 inches -- to double check this:

in PowerPoint go to the design tab, slide size
In Adobe go to the three-bar Menu next to the house button, document properties
