Save the Date! Saturday March 1st, 2025 Whatcom Farm Expo

The Whatcom Conservation District and Whatcom County Public Works are excited to host the 9th annual Whatcom Farm Expo! Saturday March 1st in the WECU Expo Building at the Northwest Washington Fairgrounds.


This is a great opportunity for learning, skill sharing, networking, and connecting to resources in the community, but please remember no products can be sold at this event.

  • Barnraiser Sponsorship (Cost: $400) level includes 10' x 10' booth in prime location at the entrance with a fence panel behind the booth. Your logo will be included on the handbill, event webpage and on signage at the event. Also includes acknowledgement from the speakers stage, and individualized promotion on social media. Before the event we will also mention you as a sponsor in the press release and place your logo on the event poster we distribute around the county.
  • Cultivator Sponsorship (Cost: $250) level includes 10' x 10' booth at end of row with a fence panel behind the booth. Your logo will be included on the handbill, event webpage and on signage at the event. Also includes acknowledgement from the speakers stage, and individualized promotion on social media.
  • Exhibitor (Cost: $30) level includes 10' x 10' booth, 8ft table, 2 chairs, and fence panel behind the booth and your name listed on the event handbill, social media, and website.
  • Exhibitor level with EXTRA space (Cost: $50) includes 10' x 20' booth, 2-8ft tables, 2 chairs, and fence panel behind the booth and your name listed on the event handbill, social media, and website.

Have a pasture aerator or other cool farm tool you would like to bring to display? Would you be interested in advertising for this event? Let us know!

Presentations will occur be 20-minute and demonstrations will be 40 min. These will take place between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Indicate your interest and potential topics here. We will review all the submissions and be in touch if your topic is selected. For inspiration, see a list of last year's topics on our blog.
