Impact: Kemikaalirekisteri

 

Täytä oheiseen lomakkeeseen kemikaalin kauppanimi ja KTT:n valmistaja / maahantuoja. Jos sinulta löytyy myös KTT, niin liitäthän senkin tähän lomakkeelle. Huomaa, että jos tarvitset kemikaalin rekisteriin useammalla eri kielellä, niin teethän jokaisesta kieliversiosta oman pyynnön.


Fill in the form the tradaname of the chemical (product identifier) and the supplier of the Safety Data Sheet. If you have the SDS, please also attach it to this from. Please note that if you need a chemical in several different languages, please make a separate request for each language version.

Voit kirjata tähän kemikaalille käyttötason (organisaatiopuun kohde), johon kemikaali lisätään käyttöön. Vain yksi taso. Mikäli kenttä on tyhjä, kemikaali lisätään normaaliiin tapaan käyttöön organisaation juuritasoon.


Here you can enter a use level for the chemical (level of the organisation tree), where the chemical will be added to the use. Only one level. If the field is empty, the chemical will be added to the root level of the organisation as usual.
