Native Youth Advisory Council Application

The 2024 Intertribal Agriculture Council (IAC) Native Youth Advisory Council (NYAC) applicants will serve in shaping the leadership roles that this body will carry forward. NYAC applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until positions have been filled.

The IAC NYAC will serve as the advising body alongside which youth programs are coordinated. The IAC NYAC will openly communicate with the Director of Youth Programs to ensure the needs of youth throughout Indian Country are properly met within the IAC's offered programming. Each IAC NYAC member will serve as an ambassador for all of Indian Agriculture. While it is essential that IAC NYAC members are knowledgeable of their regional food and agriculture systems, a national understanding of such systems will be greatly appreciated.
