NICRA and Cost Allocation Consulting Services

Griffiss Institute (GI) is accepting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in cost allocation and NICRA preparation to assist with the establishment of a Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA). The selected firm will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and negotiating the NICRA with the appropriate federal agency, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policy requirements (e.g. OMB Uniform Guidance 2 CFR 200, DCAA, DCMA). The firm will also provide guidance on cost allocation methodologies and best practices to ensure full compliance with federal requirements.
