Audio/Visual Orientation Request

Please submit one request per room that you wish to be trained in. After receiving your request, we will book the room and respond with an invitation to meet you in the room at one of your preferred times or reach out for additional possible times.

Please bring any laptops or devices that you would like to try out in rooms.

Click on "availability" and navigate to your desired date/week to see the room's current schedule.

Schedules update frequently at the beginning of quarters, so please select at least three different potentially open hours that we may be able to meet you for an orientation.
