I agree to bring the foster dog to daycare several times per week.
I agree to bring the foster dog to meet potential adopters as needed.
I agree to work on basic house training with the foster dog.
I understand that fostering can be challenging at first and agree to be patient and persistent.
I agree to keep Dogtown's foster dog safe and treat him/her with kindness at all time. I wlll not never yell or hit any animal.
I will feed and care for the foster dog as needed and bring the dog to the foster organization's veterinarian if needed. I will keep Dogtown up to date about any medical problems that arise.
If I am an employee or client and I sever my relationship with Dogtown, I will return my foster dog.

Homeward Bound Requires the following: (1) a photo of your home (2) a photo of your yard (3) a photo of your fencing (3) photos of the inside of your home where the dog will live and (4) if you are a renter, a letter from your landlord allowing the pet you wish to adopt or a copy of your lease to that effect.
