American Heart Association (AHA) reserves the right to edit

donation descriptions. All restrictions or limitations on

donations must be disclosed. Unless otherwise noted,

default expiration is April 27, 2024. AHA reserves the

right to remove any donated item from the auction or to

group the donation(s) with other items, as necessary.

The retail value assigned to the donated item(s) must be

accurate and assigned by the contributor. The retail

value must be stated separately on the contract for each

individual item donated.
