STATIC FILES
*****************
Static file format MUST be one of:
.jpg
.pdf
.png
.psd
If you create the file in another program, convert it to one of the above before submitting it here. In particular, PowerPoint cannot be displayed via our system.
The aspect ratio MUST be 16:9 to match the screens.
The closer .jpf files are to 3840 x 2160 (or higher) pixel resolution - the resolution of the screens - the better they will appear. They should also be submitted to us in the proper horizontal (landscape) orientation.
If you need an easy way to add text to a .jpg photo file (AFTER you've sized the photo to the ratio above), a great resource is addtext.com (you don't need to set up the optional profile to use it). Mac users can also use Preview to do the same.
Please do not set type too close to the edges, as it may not display well if your aspect ratio isn’t perfectly 16:9. The background must be the full aspect ratio size. Large side or top/bottom borders are not permitted as they do not look good/professional when contrasted with the other slides on the three large screens in particular.
You can attach as many static .jpg files as you want in one request submittal if they are related for the same event. If you are submitting a series that you need displayed in a particular order, please give the files sequence numbers with an otherwise identical title (ex: PottersClay-1, PottersClay-2. etc.). This will ensure they are loaded in the proper order.
If the files are unrelated for different events, please submit them separately, so we can manage your different start/stop dates.
VIDEO FILES
****************
The files MUST be .mov format that will automatically launch when displayed. (If your file shows a "start" arrow, it will not automatically launch.)
Again, the aspect ratio must be 16:9.
The maximum file size that can be displayed is 100 MB.
Your file can include sound you added for other purposes, but will not be displayed with sound, so captioning is important for your message.

Files not confirming to these specifications will be rejected, and you will be notified.
