TEPHINET is providing support to FETPs that desire to improve the quality of their programs or wish to prepare for Accreditation. With TEPHINET’s support, the FETP will design and implement activities with SMART objectives to help programs meet those goals.

To apply for assistance for your FETP, complete this form by March 1, 2023. Note that this is not a mini-grant opportunity for individuals.

Selection Criteria

• 50% Description and strength of SMART objectives: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely
• 30% Description of how the activity will contribute to quality improvement
• 20% Feasibility of the activity

Confidentiality

All information in the application and proposal will remain confidential and will be used only for this Quality Improvement Assistance opportunity. Programs will have the option of participating in a TEPHINET website or newsletter feature if they wish.
