Missing Dean's List Distinction

Dean's List Qualifications: 12 or more credit hours completed for the semester, in courses numbered 1000 and above, with at least nine of those credits taken for a grade, and at least a 3.50 semester GPA


Students may complete this form for any Fall or Spring semester they believe they qualified for the Dean's List but either


  1. the distinction is missing from their transcript, and/or,
  2. their name is not on the published list.


Students cannot request a Dean's List certificate via this form.
