Our Process:

• Complete this form

• We will contact you to discuss pricing and customising the donuts and cakes to your preferences

• We will submit an estimate valid for 30 days

• If your event is within 12 months, we will take a deposit to hold your pricing and reserve your date

• Full payment is required at least 2 months before your event

• We will touch base 2 weeks prior to your event to confirm all quoted details and request a contact person for the day, so we can ensure the event goes smoothly.

• If you have included delivery and set-up in your package, our staff will have your order ready to go, without a further thought from yourself. You can just enjoy the day, knowing that the donut/cakes will be on display and ready!

Note: We do not reserve dates until deposits are taken and we only take on limited numbers per week, so please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to lock us in. Deposits are non-refundable after we reach 6 months before the event date.
