Staff Position Action Request
Use this form for staff (Classified and Professional) requests for:
- New regular benefit-eligible positions (PCNs 1000-4999).
- New temporary benefit-eligible positions (PCNs 5000+).
- Changes to existing vacant positions to repurpose a PCN.
- A permanent salary change for a benefit-eligible employee. Do not enter requests for temporary merit increases, bonuses, or interim appointments using this form.
- Reclassing an employee to change their job code, level, and salary in the same PCN.
Workflow:
- Upon submission, this form will route to your division's approvers.
- The form will then proceed to Compensation for review and approval.
- The form will then route to Budget and Planning for final approval and PCN assignment, if applicable.
Once you receive approval, you can process the action in Bronco Hub or PageUp.
