About ARA Rising Stars

The purpose of the ARA Rising Stars program, sponsored by Atticus, is to provide a vehicle for member organizations to reward top performers by offering unique professional development and networking opportunities.

How to nominate

Nominate candidates by completing the application below before the Aug. 31 deadline. Accepted Rising Stars will be notified by mid-September. Please note:

More than one individual from the same company may be nominated;
Nominee(s) must be employed by an ARA member company in good standing; and
Nominee(s) must be an individual who has not yet attended the ARA Conference & Expo.

Video Submission

Each Rising Star participant must submit a video related to the theme of Leading with Purpose for a chance to win a grand prize.

Guiding questions:

What does leading with purpose mean to you? Examples of how you display that in your day today.

Videos should be between 1 minute 30 seconds and 2 minutes.

Note: It's not required to submit a video with your nomination form. However all Rising Stars must submit a video by October.
