One primary nominator is required, and will be notified in the event that the nominee is selected as an award honoree.

The required supporting documents are: - Resume of the nominee (3 page max) - Nominator's letter (2 pages max) - Letter of recommendation (1 page max) - 300-word bio to include education, involvement while a student at ASC, involvement with ASC after college, pertinent volunteer, and/or career accomplishments. - Any additional supporting documentation (additional letters of recommendation, awards, accolades, news articles, citations, etc.). The complete nomination packet may not exceed 10 total pages.
