The purpose of this form is to request custom signs for your event. Custom signs come in two sizes and may contain custom text, as well as custom artwork. Standard signs (16" x 24") are $25.00 a sign. A-Frame signs (24" x 36") are $50.00 a sign.

Any signs that have been printed are non-refundable. Changes to any signage need to be sent to eventparking@boisestate.edu immediately.

This form is NOT a substitute for an Event Parking Request Form. If the signs are needed for a new event, either the requestor or their Event Coordinator from the University Event Services team need to fill out an Event Parking Request in addition to this form.
