Request Form - Event Parking Request

The purpose of this form is to request parking for your event on the Boise State campus. Please fill out all required information, and include any other information you believe will be helpful. Parking on campus is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Please submit requests a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to your event. Event requests not compliant with our deadline policy will be subject to a late processing fee. For more information please see our updated polies page.

Additionally, I understand that all staffed event requests must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance, and staffing cannot be guaranteed for late submissions.
