"The grade of "I" (incomplete) shall be given only when a course requirement, including the final examination, has not been completed because of an unavoidable circumstance. If the remaining work is not completed by the end of the next long (fall or spring) semester, the "I" grade shall convert to an "F" on the student's transcript. Requests for one semester extensions shall be honored by the Records Office on recommendation from the instructor and department chair prior to the expiration of the normal deadline."


Extra credit must be available to all students enrolled in the course.
