Request Form - Overnight Parking Request

The purpose of this form is to request overnight parking on the Boise State Campus. In most cases and most lots, there is no overnight parking permitted without special permission. Guest and students may need overnight parking for events, sporting and extracurricular activities, constructions projects, etc.

Please be mindful that overnight parking without special permission may result in citation and/or relocation of your vehicle at the owners expense.

Rules for Overnight Parking

Overnight parking will only be allowed for official Boise State business (i.e. Athletic or team travel, Boise State sponsored events, and business/conference travel).
Overnight parking request must be submitted a minimum of five (5) business days in advance, and are approve based on availability.
Request submitted less than five (5) business days in advance may be subject to a late processing fee.
Approved overnight parking locations are: the 4th and 5th floors of the Lincoln Garage, the BOAS Soccer and Tennis Complex, the Health sciences Riverside South lot, the 4th floor of the Brady Garage and the South Commuter Dirt Lots.

Failure to comply with these rules or having an account that is not in good standing with the Department of Public Safety will result in an individual being denied overnight parking privileges.

Requests submitted after 4:00 PM MT will not be reviewed until the following day (excluding weekends and holidays).
