Group Tour Request
We are so glad that you are considering a visit to St. Edward’s University! Please answer the following questions for us to schedule the most convenient and appropriate visit for your group. Be sure to submit your group tour request at a minimum of three-weeks in advance. Kindly note that our Group Visit Policy requires that guided group tours and Office of Admission presentations are limited to students that are currently sophomores, juniors, or seniors in high school, and have a serious desire to visit campus. Group tours are limited to 40 students with one adult chaperone for every ten students. For our younger visitors, we offer a self-guided tour that can be picked up at the front desk. Fall 2024 tours are available September 3 - November 22. Availability of a guided campus tour is dependent upon the guidelines mentioned above, and based on a first come, first served basis. We require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations. Groups who do not provide this will not be able to reschedule for a guided tour. Questions? Contact our visit team at seuvisit@stedwards.edu.
